Digital COVID Certificate
Proof of vaccination required for all participants
Because of the current increase in covid-19 cases in Europe we have decided to implement a new proof of vaccination requirement. In practice this means that anyone attending the conference needs to show a valid vaccination certificate and ID at check-in.
How to get your Digital COVID Certificate
Those vaccinated against COVID-19 can obtain a vaccination certificate. Here are the steps for obtaining a digital certificate on your mobile phone, computer, or tablet.

Get vaccinated. Within seven days, your vaccination status will be reported to the National vaccination register.

Log in using your e-Identification at www.covidbevis.se.

Download, print, or save your vaccination certificate. When you obtain your certificate, it will automatically be sent to your digital letterbox as well. Those without a digital letterbox can read here about how to get one.

How long does it take to get a vaccination certificate?
It takes a number of days (max seven) after vaccination before you can obtain your vaccination certificate. This is the time required for those who carried out the vaccination to report data to the National vaccination register.

Must I be fully vaccinated in order to get a vaccine certificate?
You are entitled to a vaccination certificate after receiving one dose of the vaccine.

How long is the vaccination certificate valid?
If your vaccination certificate has been issued July 1 until September 30th, 2021, it is valid for 90 days. If your vaccination certificate has been issued October 1st until December 31st, 2021, it is valid for 180 days. You can get a new certificate any time, at Covidbevis.se

Check-in without physical ID
Freja eID is a mobile app that represents your identity in digital form as an electronic identity (eID). Freja eID includes your ID in your phone, being able to manage and store your Covid Certificate (some people also call it a covid passport) inside the app. When you show your certificate through the Freja app it also works as a digital ID card. How do I use my vaccination certificate in Freja eID?
After adding your Covid Certificate to Freja eID, by scanning the QR code on your certificate, you can show and share it with the help of Freja eID in these ways:

Open your Covid Certificate and show your screen when asked

There is also a QR code that contains your data that can be scanned
All relevant data is visible from the screen or contained in the QR code.
